Seeking Recommendations Help! 3XL Merino Recommendations
I’m looked far and high, close and low. I can’t seem to locate a lightweight merino hoodie or equivalent that’s 3xl. I’m a stocker guy 5’ 11 260 lb. I’m around the 44 waist size. Everything either runs up to 2xl or the 3XL dimensions falls short of a typical 3x for bigger folk.
I’m can easily run warm but want someone to regulate my temperature during my travels to climates where AC isn’t as abundant as in the USA (looking at you, Europe 😂)
Anyone put here have any recommendations for a lightweight merino hoodie (or pullover) for air travel?
I travel in about a week, so I’m almost out of time.
Thank you in advance!

Merino wool isn't really going to regulate your temperature enough to make up for lack of AC, especially as a bigger person. The temperature regulation has more to do with insulation and still allowing the body's sweat system to work, but in hotter climates insulation can start to work against you, especially if it is also a humid climate.

I appreciate it but I’m aware. Ideally this will also be word during long flights. Most of my flights these days are on airlines where they don’t have the little air nozzles and they like to keep the cabin temp higher. The lack of AC in the EU is one thing, but I like having something that can regulate both the lack of cooler air and on the flip side if I’m warm wick away moisture or allow breath ability

LL bean! They have nice reasonably priced merino stuff and they tend to run large. The one I have is discontinued but poshmark/ebay have them, plus there’s always something in stock at the web store. An Ll bean 2xl is gonna be equivalent to a sportier brand 3xl, you’re good

voormi river run hoodie comes in 3xl. i have their 2xl and it fits like most 2xll, do assuming the 3xl would be the expected common 3xl size/fit as well

If you’re not totally married to Marino, I’ve had good luck with Lands End with extended sizes. You may have luck with something like a Fishing Hoodie that’s lightweight and made for breathable sun protection. Marino is a ride or die fabric for me, but there’s wonderful tech fabrics out there that may fit the bill for you for the timeframe you have.

I know you wanted a hoodie, but they don't have one. They do have some pullovers, fullzips, and quarter zips, though. They go up to XXXL size. I'm 6'1, 260lbs, and buy XL in everything including, but not limited to, CT clothing, so I'd say they are TTS to what you expect
