the green bottle says 25% free so it's actually a better deal than it looks at first

I'm unsure what you're pointing to as a fail here.
The green bottle has "25% free" so the same volume will be a lower price.

The pink bottle is marked as 15.89€ per 1ml and in small letters 1589.00€ per 100ml

No, it isn't.
The 1ML is a typo, yes. Should be 1L, or "1.000ML" as per the green bottle (Europeans swap decimal points and commas. I have no idea why but it is infuriating).
The Pink price is 100ML for "1.589,00€" Euros, and Green price is 100 ML for "1,10€". The maths add up.
I think you're not seeing the full-stop between the 1 and the 5 in small print?

Buy the 1L bottle for €15.89. Pour the content into 10x 100ml containers. Sell each at €1589.00. Seems like an infinite money glitch to me!

The pricing is correct. The problem is that they labeled the bottle as having a 1 mL total volume (instead of 1L) . This causes the reference price to be displayed as 'per 100mL' which then is 100x the bottle price.
