Firstly, regarding advice threads. A lot of advice/recommendation threads have been made recently. If you want to comment on them, do not offer bad advice. This includes noob-bait traps. Your comments will be deleted and user potentially banned if egregious enough.
Secondly, regarding RNG-related posts. Posts complaining about """bad""" RNG will be deleted unless either:

Whats your opinion on buying or farming for an item? I recently purchased the toxic blowpipe and i feel i cheated myself out of learning zurah to get the drop. There are a few other items ive purchased but like my berserker ring is my pride and joy because i had to farm for it
What are your items that you say screw it im not wasting my time to farm this vs which items is it worth the gring
Still couple kc to go. I think im going to need train crafting now..
By new I’m not brand new I have a decent few quests done and a few levels in most skills, around 70 in melee skills. I keep coming back to this game because I WANT to enjoy it I love grindy games and this is THE grindy game.
I just keep deciding I’ll try it again, paying for a month, playing for 2 days then never touching it again and repeating.
I think I keep getting bored / not knowing what to do and all anyone says is ‘do quests’ ‘do diary’
Any advice on finding what I like. I’ve done some early skilling and questing but I just feel like I’m permanently following a guide and just playing robotically.

To me, the reason I love Like a Boss is the switch up from the long slayer grind and a chance to use slayer helm on a boss you don't normally get to use the buff on.
For example: I can already do Kree with aviansies, Grotesque Guardians with gargoyles, Kril with greater demons, etc.
If you look at the Like a Boss task list (assuming you're not doing wildy slayer), there are 33 bosses on it, correct me if I'm wrong, but 14 of them are things you already get large quantities of on the way to 99. That is a 42.24% chance to NOT get a break from the regular slayer grind or try something new with slayer helm.
That means on the way to 99, it's totally possible for you to never see one of the other more interesting Like a Boss tasks like any DT2 boss, wildy boss, Zulrah, Muspah, etc.
If it were polled, I would 1000% vote Yes on removing dupe boss tasks from Like a Boss.
There are only two bosses I think you might be disappointed to get from the task list if this change occurred, Mole and Barrows Brothers. That's 17/19 odds that you'll get a switch up and a real break from the normal slayer table options. I like 2/19 chance to be disappointed a lot more than 16/33.

I need some suggestions on what I could do to keep me into the game, as I'm starting to fade away. I hear there's a lot of options for me at my point in the game but I don't really know much of what the game has to offer.
I've been working through the optimal quest guide in order (Almost at Lunar Diplomacy), I really like questing, but at this point I'm too broke to level my skills needed to continue questing. I'm sick of Perilous Moons runs and I'm not making money off it at all, Barrows was treating me better.
I guess I'm looking for some ways to stay interested, making some GP on the side is a big bonus. Although any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

With only two slayer tasks, I received two Zenytes each task on my group Ironman! All in the same day!!!!!!!!!
Long ago, I tried this on my main and completed the log before obtaining all 4 Zenytes at ~2k kc.
(This past week I’ve received: Yami (46 Kc), Tangleroot (89 farming), Vork head (4kc) and now this!!!)
The 4th Zenyte was the only drop that made me jump for joy out of my chair
Curious if anyone else got this lucky at the gorillas

Soo much has changed in the game since I last played , what goals should I have for this account ? I will try to get void armour and the fire cape and maybe do some of the diaries.
It would have taken me years to get these levels back in the day , the game is soo much more convenient now.

It'd be nice if they let you combine it with the bonesack from Rag and Bone Man II to let it be equippable. Like how you can stuff the fish barrel into a fish sack to do the same.
Ye or nah?

Picked this game back up a couple weeks ago after years of not playing. I’m doing a group Ironman with my gf, and we’re around 50-60 combat. Currently grinding some blue dragons to get 43 prayer.
We’ve gotten our Brutus drops, Barronnite maces, Ardougne cloaks, finished Dragon Slayer. Did some Tempoross yesterday.
Mostly we’ve been just questing, interspersed with a bit of skilling to meet requirements and make quest items.
I’m wondering what fun content is out there geared to our levels, for when we aren’t questing or skilling.
I was looking into it and on my list are Scurrius, Obor, Bryophyta, Giant Mole, Barrows, and Wintertodt.
Is there anything else I’m missing?
