Parking Downtown for Army Run

Hi, I will be coming into town next weekend for the Army run. Staying near the airport. Any suggestions for parking Sunday morning for the race? Is there parking around the Ottawa U campus? Thanks.

I would highly suggest parking a bit further away and taking the train in! We have O-Train service starting as of 6am on race day (normal Sunday service is 8am, so some people don't realize if they don't open our email promoting it, which comes out in a couple days).

Considering you're driving, find an easy lot along Line 1 (East/West) so you don't have to transfer.

Roads start closing around 6am in the downtown core, so it only gets harder by the minute to find "convenient" parking.

Thanks for the info! When looking at stops for Line 1 there doesn't seem to be any park and ride lots. Any suggestions for parking so I can take the train. Thanks
