I don't know about you jabronis, but that looks like 15-2 to me.

Not nearly as daunting as it looked at the beginning of the season. Really helps that Ravens, Broncos, and Seahawks games are all played at home too.

Id love to see us rip off 5 wins in a row after the bye. That at Green Bay game will definitely be the toughest one of the next 5.

The game that worries me the most is honestly either the Vikings game or the last Atlanta game. I know Bryce is Atlanta’s daddy but anything can happen in divisional games, we all know that

u/FeloniousFalafel 3d ago
Bryce's release time is keeping Flores up at night. Worry more about the high power offenses. The teams with bad offense/good defense will be a lot easier

u/the_big_sadIRL 3d ago
I keep holding out hope our very expensive defense will start to click.. I hope they do cause the raw talent is unbelievable for our D

It seems to all come back to the LB play. (and injuries) Lloyd has looked good.... Definitely a huge improvement over last year already.

Is he back in this week?

u/Curolina Big Cat 3d ago
He played against the Lions. He should be good to go. I was talking about all the other injuries (Horn, Jackson, Scourton, Cam Jackson etc.)

u/BreakImaginary1661 2d ago
Raw talent? They have the dudes that are legitimately very good at what they do; DB, Lloyd, and Phillips, with some young talent that could be good. Our two starting corners are pretty damn good too obviously, but they don’t help when they are on the sideline with injuries. I just don’t see a dearth of talent on that side of the ball. Lots of dudes that could grow into their potential but few that would be considered high end, proven talents.

10-11 wins is achievable this season. Teams like Philadelphia, Green Bay and Baltimore aren't as scary as thought before games were played. We'll see. 4-2 in division is a must.

Every season is a war of attrition, but this year is just nuts. Hurts going out on an Eagles roster that has maybe a few starters that have played every game so far? Whatever bug is up Mayfield's ass that made him pedestrian after getting a $150M contract? Green Bay at times like they just heard of football after showing up at the stadium. Bo Nix has confidence problems. Seahawks don't look like they won it all last year. Lamar's ankle seems to be built out of papier mache, but the Raven are one of two genuinely tough matchups for us the rest of the year. Vikings being the other, which is wild to say for a team led by ... Kyler Murray.
The NFL is a weird place, man

6 of our next 8 games will have playoff implications.

It’s the NFL, every game has playoff implications.

u/exenn_ 2d ago
Every game does not. There are two conferences.

Every time I fall into the trap of thinking wow we can win 4 out of the next 5 we lay an egg then win some game we shouldn’t.
Already happened when I penciled in a W vs the Browns

Yeah. I don't trust the team implicitly this week but we didn't let a backup pants us in Week 2, and that was divisional, so I think we'll take care of business (probably still with some anxiety).
The one I've gone from confident to bad feeling about in the past couple weeks is the Packers. Short week, primetime, Lambeau, they'll want revenge. Watson and Golden will probably dominate our depleted secondary. Micah will likely be back. Just doesn't seem like the matchup for us.

I love what Bryce is doing. I am as optimistic as I've been in years. This schedule scares me.

We can win most of these games I mean
Philly, yes
Tampa it’ll be hard to do it twice but yes
Green Bay, yes it’ll be tough in lanbeu on Thursday night but I think gb is just as good if not worse than us
Denver, no
New orleans yes don’t shit around and we sweep
Baltimore, idk about Lamar Jackson so this is a maybe (1/2)
2
u/Offer_No T-Mac 3d ago
Minnesota, if we keep this high scoring offense going yes
Cincy, kinda a weird call but probably not
Pittsburgh, yes we should definitely win this game but it is against Rico
Seattle, probably not but maybe at this point in the season
ATL: we SHOULD win again at home2

bo nix looked like ass last night. They squeak out wins, but not bc of the offense.

u/Agosta 3d ago
Their defense is gonna swallow us.

u/Offer_No T-Mac 3d ago
Maybe not

IIRC, Jalen Coker was the only receiver to score a TD on PSII in 2024.

Idk, denver hasn't been doing the best despite having a winning record, if we can get the run game going we've got a chance I think, and Pittsburgh im not super worried about dowdle rn, he hasn't been popping off this season either but that could change by the time we play him so we'll see

I like our chances in a lot of these games. The South is very winnable and outside of the 49ers and Vikings, the NFC is wide open.

u/vanilla_w_ahintofcum 3d ago
I see some really good defenses on the schedule. Hopefully our offense keeps rolling.

u/combatmurse 3d ago
It’s going to be a rough one, but if we can win it will solidify we are a legit contender and Bryce is the real deal. This year is make or break for him and i think canales as well. If we can get our starters back and stay healthy i think we have a great year!

Our schedule looks much easier now than it did before the season for me. Eagles, Packers, Broncos, Seahawks, Saints, and Bucs all look worse than I expected them to be. Obviously we won’t win all those games, but I feel much better than I did coming into this year.

u/BreakImaginary1661 2d ago
9 wins and the division seems reasonable with a sneaky 11 wins possible.
1
u/BreakImaginary1661 2d ago
A defensive backfield with the injuries ours is dealing with plus really bad OL play (Bryce has been insanely good when you look at pass pro numbers) isn’t a recipe for season long success.
1
u/I_Hate_Wake_Boats49 Bucket 2d ago
Next 3 games are definitely winnable. Honestly the Broncos, Seahawks and the Vikings are the only two I done feel confident about in this whole schedule.

u/carterallan86 Carolina Reaper 2d ago
3 games coming up that if we can get any kind of defence going are winnable. 5-2 is achievable and would be insanely good. Broncos, Saints and Ravens will be a tougher run.

I know it looked daunting at the beginning of the season, but many of these teams are having tough starts to the season. I see a lot of winnable games.
