What would a low percent run of Pathologic 2 look like?

As in, how many of the important characters and events of the game can you completely skip (without glitches) while still surviving all 12 days?

Everything? As long as you survive (aka loot enough food so you don’t starve), you’ll get an ending. If you survive and do one quest, you’ll get either of main endings.

For late ending you can do absolutely nothing just get enough food to last 12 days and sleep.

For any other ending the process is the same except you wake up last day and look for the courier.
