Hardware Help

Bought a pc finally and setting it up with excitement. Get everything set and ready turn it on and no signal from pc to monitor. Tried two my girlfriends dell and my Aorus. Nothing on either. Both work when plugged into my Xbox not really sure where to go from here. Tried some online trouble shooting but nothing helped

That video card does not appear to be seated correctly in the PCIe slot. Look up a youtube video on how to re-seat video card if you need help.

Try a different cable, such as one of those displayports?

DOAs happen, unfortunately

Try plugging the display into the motherboard just to see if you get an output

Press the GPU towards the motherboard till you hear a click to fully seat it. Make sure the machine is off and unplugged when you do this.

This was the way I had to remove and reset the ram and the gpu and now everything is working smoothly!
