📝My Performance (Critique Welcome!) Self Taught Rachmaninoff Middle Section
This was quite bad a performance and there are numerous parts that need significant improvement, but any advice (aside from getting a teacher which I am in the process of doing!!) would be greatly appreciated.

this is a very good performance and i dont believe you are self taught, in case you really are, quite the miracle. either way, if you sharpen your fingers, keep your wrist between stiff and relaxed (so flexible), and play the right hand chords with the movement coming from your elbows, the chords will sound richer. also, maintaining a better left hand legato will improve it lots. great work!

OP (/u/FixHaunting8328) welcomes critique. Please keep criticism constructive, respectful, pertinent, and competent. Critique should reinforce OP's strengths, and provide actionable feedback in areas that you believe can be improved. If you're commenting from a particular context or perspective (e.g., traditional classical practice), it's good to state as such. Objectivity is preferred over subjectivity, but good-faith subjective critique is okay. Comments that are disrespectful or mean-spirited can lead to being banned. Comments about the OP's appearance, except as it pertains to piano technique, are forbidden.
Please note that "Critique Welcome" posts are not for general self-promotion or advertisement, and require a video of yourself playing. (Infrequent posts to your YouTube channel are OK, especially if you participate in the community.)
