Pixies in conversation and performance with Amanda Petrusich — Webster Hall

Does anyone have more info on this? I’m sure the talk will be great, but for $300 a ticket I’d rather be sure that I’d be getting a full show.

At least you'll get to hear Frank Black Charles Pixies Thompson VII talking to the audience 😁 in the 7 or 8 Pixies gigs I've been to he hasn't actually said anything more than 'thanks' and I might have imagined that as well!

He seems like a great person from the podcasts he's been on, I think Adam Buxton got him to chat a bit. 

Maybe you get the Full Dave Magic Show included in the price? 300 bucks seems ridiculously expensive

Where are you seeing $300? They have standing room tix available on the site for $49. I never miss a show of theirs, but decided to skip this one -- the whole thing is an hour 15 minutes, so not sure how much music they can realistically fit in there. Also, TNY often makes recordings from their events available on their podcast. Hoping at least some will be recorded.

I don’t see it on The Pixies website (South America shows are the only listing under “Tour Dates”) or the Webster Hall website. Where do you see it listed for $49?

I’m seeing $300+ on SeatGeek and Ticketmaster.
