she liked my comment talking about the waterfalls tag

He was doing anything to get his music out here in this event he is speaking in a different language to share his music, this is a really inspiring thing because it shows how hard you have to work

His favourite artist is Mos Def. Y'all think he'll like it?

There is a difference between buying a 90 $ that I waited at least 4 months and two articles for almost the same price coming in 3 days

@ 17:38 in the vid imagine carti and hxg snappin on a hard ass trap electric guitar metal beat I can see the vision

this mf been with us a lot some time ago and now we forgot bout him, lets invite him here and pay our respects rq

Songs like cocaine nose, pop out and the other cave era songs have this really raspy voice that Carti uses while combining it a little with his deep voice. It sounds strange in a good way with my favorite song being ROAR (unreleased.)

you guys forgiving carti for this?🙂

I first learned about Playboi Carti from ASAP Rocky, when he was promoting the song “What” (by Carti ft. UnoTheActivist) in 2016. I would say Carti got into mainstream consciousness in 2017 with Magnolia, and by next year (2027) he will still be firmly one of the biggest rappers in the world. Meanwhile Rocky blew up in 2011 off his mixtape, and after 2018 (Testing) he wasnt really a “supernova” (meaning top 10-5) rapper anymore.

Its funny how life works, back then it seemed like ASAP Rocky was the artist who would have staying power, with his fashion sense and decent music, meanwhile Cartis albums have ALWAYS taken some time for me personally to like (I thought Die Lit was trash on drop day but my ears genuinely hadnt been trained for it yet) but eventually you see the vision and think wow, he really is quite innovative (or at the very least, artistic and interesting and willing to think outside the box).
