Ackchyually the order of the countries is going to be different, with USA as #1 (obviously). Panama will be included in the new Union as well, and the national anthem will be sung by Yakko Warner in seven seconds.

To be fair Europeans and I believe Russians refer to North (and South) America (Canada/US/Mexico/Central America for the former) as just... America.

Granted from what Ive seen online its not at all common, but it does slip out every so often.
