Why is it always kills the marvel universe? Why can’t anybody just have a nice time and hang out in there?

But if your goal is to just hang and you actually go and have a nice time...then you'd totally be killing it! 🤔🫠....it's inevitable 😥

Cause its an easy elseworld comic to write and sell, especially when a character is gaining in popularity.
Punisher has like, what, three series about him solo-ing all of marvel and only one of them has him fighting caveman cannibal versions of the other characters

It always amazed me that Marvel had a Xenomorph stand-in for so long and none for Predator.

The Predator is not beating the world’s most chaotic ketamine addict.

no, remember the Predator from Mortal Kombat X that killed Shang Sung and learned Sorcery?
1
u/NotASynth499 Jul 08 '25
Id say most of Marvel negs Shang-Tsung, since MK seems to be on street level tier

u/Moonshoes47 Jul 08 '25
yes, but that sorcery still makes him more powerful than this Yautja in this crossover series

Are the Predator X Marvel Character comics all in their own seperate universes, or in one together?
Because I’ve seen this, Wolverine, Spider-Man and Black Panther, and I’m a little confused.

The Predator Vs comics are more or less standalone, but do share a consistent continuity. The Black Panther one deals with them getting vibranium weaponry which will come into play in the upcoming Kills the Marvel Universe series.
That said I wish they were better. The art is pretty inconsistent even within the individual miniseries and the writing has some fun ideas but is overall not the best. Don’t get me wrong, Ive started getting them and I’m not about to stop, but I do wish they rose above a 6/10 for as cool as some of the ideas are. The Batman Vs Predator comics from the 90s remain the gold standard for Predator crossovers in my mind.

All three lead into this series in one way or another. No spoilers, but the first issue of this confirms all three previous series are in the same continuity as this and act as prequels.

King predator decked in vibranium is gonna make an appearance. That’s actually very likely going to be a very powerful opponent, I just no that marvel is going to make the top predators really be a threat.
