This makes my heart so happy because February was also when we saw all the bullying videos and poor Punch all alone with oran-mama. But to know that when all that was going on he still had these moments of joy? So happy.

You know…..yesterday, I was ready to say something similar and was afraid it would be viewed as rage-baiting. But I along with everyone definitely overreacted and I am glad the zoo told us to cheer for Punch instead of “feeling sorry for him.” He had beautiful moments along with the tough-to-see moments. It was all part of his tough journey… he was brought into this world alone but little munchkin has a troop and millions of crazy fans! I love him soooo much - and love this zoo and the troop!

I pitied Punch for maybe the first week that I knew of him. Then I saw how brave he was and how he was so determined he would be loved. And he did it. He forced his way into the troop, oran-mama by his side and I cheered him on every step of the way. He's such a special little boy.

You knew your baby! I don’t reach that state until several months later! Punch’s cries kept me up aome nights (I know - I myself can’t believe that I’m this obsessed over a monkey)

he’s getting very fast and nice job carrying a branch while running. it looks like fun i wish i could join punchie and build a tree fort 😂
