Shrug, I loved it. Atmospheric and haunting.

I found it quite flat. It needed a lot more work to turn it into something more interesting. A nice James Bond vibe to it, I guess.

I thought it was good for what it was.... A track that didn't make the cut for the Magic album, a track that didn't make the cut for Made in Heaven, and was eventually slapped on as a bonus track, not that many years ago.

If you look at it that way, it's better than most would be. If you compare it to a Queen song, not so much.

Don't you mean the Miracle album?

I didn't care for it at first but I've come around to liking it a lot. The arrangement is a bit strange and that's probably due to the unfinished nature of the song, but Freddie's vocal performance is great and I'm glad we have a finished version of the song.

The demo that it’s based on is interesting to me. Those pieces feel like this song had a lot of potential. What eventually did come out as a song is something Brian and Roger should never have released in my opinion. It never reaches the level of the demo and it feels very hollow and bland. So I listened to the official release once, was very disappointed and never returned to it. I’ll choose the demo every day over the release.

I’d only wish the arrangement was more fleshed out, it’s a bit sparse with just Freddie with drums and guitar

I agree. If Freddie hadn’t passed away I can’t imagine the song would have ended up like this. Some arrangement more along the lines of Who Wants To Live Forever would be more apt. This sounds like a polished demo to me

I absolutely love it. It was great to hear a new Queen song and I really enjoy Freddie’s vocals.

Didn’t expect much from what was a leftover track but loved it when I heard it. Haunting and beautiful song.

Beautifully written song, emotional and powerful. Horribly destroyed by pitch correction and shitty modern production. I’ll never listen to it willingly. I forget that it exists. Such a shame what the producers did to it, there was so much more potential for this poor archival track from the vaulted

I don’t like it. It doesn’t sound like Queen. It just doesn’t have the ‘Queen sound’

I like it very much, cuz it isn't an avarege Queen song

It's an odd song but it's because it was never a complete song, Brian and Roger tried to turn it into something it wasn't. Still it's always good to hear Freddie's voice.

“These Are the Day of Our Lives” is just one example, but every time I listen to it, it makes me reflect on so many things, and I can’t help but feel sad. It’s heartbreaking to think that Freddie must have known his time was running out.

Feel like it belongs to Innuendo- it gives off the ‘Don’t try so hard’ vibe
