Just recently went past 7 months. Things feel normal. Im happy. I can find moments of peace and tranquility. I no longer need constant stimulation to distract me from my own choices. Work has gotten crazy and complicated, but its good.

Day 5. Everything is still so awful. I don’t know why it’s dragging this bad for this long. Day 1 and 2 were horrible,I was mostly alright day 3 but yesterday and today have been sheer agony 24/7 no reprieve other than the bits of sleep I get.

Keep pushing you’re almost through the worst of it! It gets better very very soon!

Keep enduring! It will get better. Day 4 or so is often the peak the pain.

Day 16. Yesterday at work was tough. Had a few blood pressure/adrenaline spikes. Just out of nowhere. But other than that feeling pretty good I think.

Getting a consistent 6+ hours of sleep. Usually waking up a few times but falling back asleep pretty easily. I used to be up past midnight while on K most of the time. Nowadays I’m in bed by 8 usually asleep by 9.

So glad I’m off this stuff.

Day 4. 98 hours. Hanging on by a thread. So sick of this lack of energy and yawning. I’m going to try to walk a little today. I did sleep and actually had some weird ass dreams. This sucks. Looking for hope.

It does get better after about the 5 day mark for most people so just hang in there. In the initial days for me I found if I forced myself to do some light exercise no matter how crappy I felt it made a world of difference. Usually a light 30-45 min walk did the trick. Epsom salt baths sometimes twice a day too. Chin up. You got this. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel!

Keep going! You’re very close to turning the corner. Another day or two and I bet you’re feeling significantly better

Going through a taper. Have gone from 9-10g down to 6.6g in a little over two weeks. Giving myself permission to take the taper slowly because of depression/anxiety.
