It is hard. It is not only mixing Spanish and English, it is also writing things phonetically in a crude way. My interpretation:

Oh yeah (replying to something), but American Spanish is really weird, compared to European portuguese. They are not mutually intelligible, the (cross-intelligibility) goes one way: I can understand (their) portuguese, but USA Spanish is just pure brainrot (to them).
