This was an active community and there are members of reddit who would like this community open. I'm confident I can moderate the community and keep it safe from any content it should not contain.
There are no moderators to message so I am unable to complete the second request and provide you a link. The subreddit has been banned for being unmoderated which is why I would like to become the moderator.
If there are additional requirements to become the account moderator please let me know.

I'd like to take over and moderate r/virtualpov, which was banned for being unmoderated.
My intention is to restore the community and keep it actively moderated. I would enforce Reddit's sitewide rules and the community rules, remove spam and prohibited content, regularly monitor the moderation queue, and use moderation tools such as AutoModerator where appropriate.
I also plan to make sure the subreddit does not become unmoderated again, including adding additional trusted moderators in the future if the community grows.
