Question Black tie dress options?

I need a black tie/formal dress. I would love to be able to shop somewhere local instead of buying online.

Does anywhere local still sell formal/black tie dresses?

Melanie Lyn has a selection of in stock formal dresses. NWL Dresses also carries formalwear.

Just went to Laura in harbour landing to help someone find a mother of the bride dress and I was really surprised how many dresses they had !
