Hello, I am applying to the Conservation Corps and need some help looking over my cover letter (picture 1) and resume (2-3). I have no professional experience in the field I am applying for. I have some extracurricular experience which I mentioned in my cover letter. On my resume, the blue sections are the same company but a different role over different seasons (temporary). Is there a better way to list the positions?

A lot of corps are beginner-friendly. Might be worth asking over at r/ConservationCorps too.
