Hello! I am a SWE with 4YoE, and found that including some stats in a resume can make it more attractive to recruiters.
That, and customizing your resume per job application to ensure that it includes keywords that match the job description has helped me a lot. Many companies use AI now to scan and process resumes, this is something it looks for when choosing candidates.
