Human Resources [7 YOE, PMO Administrative Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Illinois]
Hey everyone I've applied to about 30+ plus jobs so far I have only received two interviews. One interview didn't make it past the 1st round and I am still waiting on the third round interview for another position. So if I could get some critics on resume that would be a huge help. Thank you

It would be better if you could upload it as a document rather than screenshots as this distorts the formatting. For an admin role, that is extra important.
Summary - would not use first person or reference age anywhere in a resume but especially right at the top. This should be tailored to the job to connect your experience with key job duties. Also do you have 7 years of experience or 15? Seems like that should not have gone down between when you wrote the resume and when you made this post
Education - should only go this high if you have no/minimal relevant work experience or maybe if it is a field where having specific education or certification is essential. Otherwise, it can go at the end
Experience - all past jobs should be in past tense. These read like you copy/pasted responsibilities from your job description. These should be accomplishments unique to you.
