Ecler Warm 2 LEFT XLR output Issue

After much testing, I have come to the realization that my left xlr output is sending out a significantly weaker signal than the right. No problem at all with booth output, which is what I use 90% of the time when connected to my home sound system.

But that other 10% of times are paid gigs and until now I assumed it was the speaker that was busted. Kinda nostalgic for when I thought that was the issue... So, is this something I can get fixed or am I screwed? I don't expect much help from Ecler given that they're overseas.

I know someone who has a WARM4 that had this exact issue, annoying but easy fix by anyone who does music gear repairs.

mine came with a loose power input. honestly, this mixer is so overrated. anywhere there is talk about a reasonably priced rotary, Ecler gets thrown around but my personal experience, its not worth it. I take a TRM 222 over a warm 2 anyway.

Ya.. I really wanted rotary that wasn’t over the top, which is why I landed on this. It’s been great for a year but this issue has cropped up out of nowhere

https://www.reddit.com/r/rotarymixers/comments/1oo6br5/ecler_warm_2_xlr_output_issue/ here is another thread where people are having similar issues as yours. guess you gotta send it back.

Ya, I read that one prior to making this post. Don't want to deal with intl shipping, so local repair is what I'm hoping for.

Ecler sounds totally stunning, I regret just their build quality policy.. I think they could be raise just a bit their prices to deliver a better one..
