Not sure what to say, you didn't even mention what server that is (make/mode, config?) and as there is more than one type that could be anything.

Also, what do you need/want to do with it? Which is the whole point of running it.

You could hardly give us any less information here.

You didn't really add much information (we still don't know what server it is and what config, or what you want to do with it).

It's still the equivalent to saying "I have a car, it's broken. Tell me what's wrong with it."

Being a newbie is fine, but the least you can do is to provide all information you have. Reading a model description from a computer housing isn't rocket science. There will be information printed on the system.

There will also be information displayed on screen when the server is booted.

You now mentioned it's running Windows Server 2019, there is Windows System Information plus tons of other free tools which provide hardware details you could post. And so on.

Also, as I said, the most important part is what you want to do with. It's pretty irrelevant if someone told you that this server would make a great gaming server host if you have no interest in doing that.

Load Proxmox on it and then look up the Helper Scripts and all the premade containers and VM's for it.

Install windows xp on it and then immediately connect it to the internet.
