💛Beginner💛 pls help :’)

i have the janome memory craft 9000 and i recently took it apart to clean and one i was done i was left with this piece and i have no idea where it goes or what it does, but now i can’t get more than a few stitches without getting the “Warning Is something stuck in machine? Is cloth too thick? Is needle bent? Check the above and restart.” Error. i haven’t seen in a long time and this is so upsetting

Looks like maybe its the bobbin tension lever thing. It sits to the right of the bobbin basket and bumps against the litle knob on the right side of the basket.

You’ll probably have to take it for service. Quite frankly, to clean your machine, you don’t need to disassemble much of it. Just the bobbin area and under the needle plate. The rest is usually best done by a service expert. (With the exception of all-mechanical machines, which often can be serviced at home.)
