Clip Brilliant overtake or stupidity? (Part 2) (Again I'm the red car)
Hey guys, it's me again. I have this clip of mine and I want to get your opinions. This was also a fight for P1, but I see the guy trying to close the gap when he realized I'd won the position. Was it my fault, or did he just desperately close the gap?

Trust me, you're good. Nothing wrong with this overtake. The contact is a racing incident. Nothing more, nothing less

I would put this on the passing car, thay was a lunge and totally unsafe.

It was only unsafe because the front car wasn’t paying attention and turned into them.

Looks like a nice move. Definitely a chance he isn't aware of your position and takes the racing line and bumps into you like what happened. I wouldn't try this for anything but P1 personally but you guys traded some paint and kept racing 👍

Could you have made the corner and not run out wide on exit if there was no contact? That’s the question, your opponent squeezed you but it was a late move by you so you can’t blame him. The question is could you have made that move safely and left a cars width of room for your opponent on exit? It’s hard to say from here, i don’t know what circuit this is or even what sim it is.

100% your fault. Dunning-Kruger Level of brilliance.
You can see the raceline from the helicam and you tried to harakiricut-divebomb the opponent. All 4 tires are over the line. No one "closed the gap" by driving the raceline. Wrong place, wrong time for an overtake.
