Great Adventure - 11PM Uber pool tonight 10/17 (to Trenton NJ Transit - train back to NYC)

I don't know if this is allowed. Just trying to save some money on my scheduled Uber. Took OurBus here, but I bought a ticket for 10:30 and they are actually leaving at 9:30 🤷‍♂️

3 seats in Uber - $10 each (not making money even if all 3 fill. It's $43 + tip.)

Trying to catch the 12:06 train to NY Penn - tickets on you. They are $21

RIDE REVIEW Six Flags Great Adventure … 2026 Fright Fest Haunted Mazes

Went to Six Flags Great Adventure today that I planned for a birthday. Felt like I wasted a lot of money though with all of the rides down today. Lmao I wish they didn’t even let me into the park because it was so ridiculous. With so many rides down, the wait times were even more packed than expected. But, made the best out of it with people I loved! The Flash is the best ride and we were able to get on that so, happy girl! We stayed for Fright Fest later in the evening and that made up for it. As huge horror fans; we had a BLAST! I wanted to rank the mazes in order from greatest to least and I wonder where you would put yours. Thank god we got the Haunted House Express Pass. That made this year so much more enjoyable.

  1. Jason: Blood Reign. 10/10. My group was terrified. I loved the actors. Loved the props. Had a great time and wanted to do it again. Felt very nicely executed and I wouldn’t change a thing. I think this is perfect for Halloween and one of my favorite
  2. Conjuring. The first part is a bit boring lol but nicely done for fans of the franchise. Loved the sets and props and atmosphere. That huge Annabelle at the end was dope. I already knew what happened with the nun portrait and other small things from the previous year haunts but other than that very scary and I loved it! Enjoyed it a lot!
  3. Twisted Holidays. I love the pumpkin king so maybe I’m bias but I was curious as well as scared during this walkthrough. I loved the sets, the designs, the props, the cast outfits, etc. I just wish I saw more actual cast. I don’t know if it was just bad timing or what, but I expected to see actors in the 4th of July room, and I felt like a lot of space after that was also empty for my sisters and I. Would have been scarier with more people, but could have been bad timing of it all. Still was scared and impressed! Loved looking at everything.
  4. Asylum. I liked the actors in this one. We had a lot of fun with it. The line moved very fast and organized, unlike the others tonight. We ended with this and I was happy with it.
  5. Army Of The Dead. I’m not sure why I just never really liked this one. It is cool, however, and the actors do get me a few times. Feels like a very classic haunted house. It’s okay, just not amazing to me. There’s one empty room with two bad actors just kinda limping around the walls lmao my group was awkwardly laughing through it.
  6. Deadwood Cabin. We kind of casually walked through fast without and scares. Could have been just another poor timing thing, but not enough actors really doing stuff to get me going and nothing stood out to me. Not memorable.
  7. Big Top Terror. There was a big group in front of us that got all of the action early so we decided to give them a tad bit space and then there was like no actors whatsoever on us lol. Empty rooms literally. And the actors that we did see, like the two in the neon forest type room, were more awkward than scary. This one ranks low for me always. I’m afraid of clowns too but I don’t know why these clowns aren’t scary.
  8. The Witch’s Reflection. At one point they just closed for x amount of time and never told anyone and I only found out when half the people in line were leaving after seveeralllllllllll minutes of the line not moving and someone showing me the ride on their phone saying “closed.” We stayed and it started up again 10 minutes later. But then… we realized… we stayed for nothing. I hate these mirror mazes. Especially when you’re walking in single file with a large group yet again, the trickery of the mirrors just doesn’t work. I can’t find these actors scary, maybe this is for the children going through it.
  9. Final Destination. 0/0. I don’t even know what that was. Yet again, maybe it was better for the people in front of me, because my group was stuck behind what felt like a large amount of people, so maybe I missed some of the catches. But I thought this would be a dumb idea to begin with because this concept just works better in film. No real scare actors except that woman in that no face slender man beat costume? LOL? I thought maybe we would feel like we were in a plane crash but lots of AI random plane crash videos you see in too many hallways??? I didn’t think the “accidents” were scary enough. The actors didn’t really seem too hurt themselves. I don’t remember the movies well, and I know the scenes of the “paranoid” actors were nods to the franchise and the characters knowing and trying to avoid those deaths and make sense of it all etc, but it just wasn’t scary at all. I was looking around bored like is this really it. This line was by far the biggest too. Had to be the most hyped. I wanted a fear and left just… kind of confused? And annoyed I waited so long for that? Definitely glad we started with Jason and not this.

Planning 3 trips over the next 12 months, which are the parks we should go to.

Planing on driving from San Antonio and don't want to go further than about 20 or so hours away or fly to cali or the northeast.

Cedar point is not an option this year

Kids are 13 and 15 and looking for the most numbers wise and best high intensity thrill rides (they have only been to Fiesta Texas.)

We have Prestige passes and will get Fast Passes if we decide to do our vacations only to theme parks this/next year

I'm thinking in some order

Great America

Kings Island

Carrowinds (because we could go around Christmas if its not too cold)

Kings Dominion

Am i missing any parks, and which of these should we definitely go to?

QUESTION Season Pass Question

So I have the old gold pass where you have All Passport Access which I bought in August 2025, which covered me for the rest of that year and all of this year up till 12-31-2026 I also did get the meal plan for the one meal per day season pass which is also covered for the time period as the actual season pass. My home park is Six Flags Darien Lake which recently closed for the year. Just this past Thursday I went to Canada’s Wonderland which was a fun experience though I got there around 8 so I only had 4 hours so I didn’t get to do everything there.

However, for my question, I recently got an email about buying a season pass for next year however, I noticed in it it said that all the Midwest regions, which includes my home Park, Darien Lake and Canada’s Wonderland however it also says free parking for Canada’s Wonderland is not included that being said with the current pass I have this year, which goes until December 31. I do have free parking access to Canada’s Wonderland because I do still have all passport access from when I got it in August 2025 before they changed to the regional thing that they have now for gold pass. What I’m wondering is if I renew am I going to keep that access until the 31st or will they change it when I renew because they said until the rest of this year and next year of having a gold? as I obviously would like to try to go to Canada’s, Wonderland a few more times since I guess their park is still open until December and I really would like to get more out of the season pass I can get. I spent $60.18 on the season pass and $74.52 on the 1 meal plan which covers $134.70 probably never going to see that value again. I don’t plan on going to any of the other parks across America despite having all park access with my current pass, I was mostly using it for Darien Lake because just too difficult going out to other parks, but definitely could visit Canada’s Wonderland a couple of times before the pass expire but I was just wondering how the renewal process works because I don’t wanna lose my all park access before it expires.
