No, alt + F9 is the key for recording with nvidia and F9 is also the one for loading quicksave in skyrim but op doesnt have any quicksave so this message appear its completely normal it happens to me too

Are you using the Nemesis or FNIS animation engine? Depending on which, you need to select their respective mods and update animation queues.
