No, we didnt have our full squad, a good portion of our players had never worn the national team jersey before. This call-up was focused mainly on young players from the Brazilian championship

It's annoying but until refs call the game differently, players are rewarded for diving. They do it week in week out for their clubs, so I wouldn't expect different in internationals.
At least they didn't get carried off on a stretcher and then run back on like AFC teams do.

First off “cunt” can mean many things in the Australian vernacular. Secondly are you joking what precedent do you think it sets when you see players like Endrick having a 3 second delay from the most minor contact to full on throwing himself to ground. This isn’t just another friendly for us yeah we’re using it as a warmup game for the Asian Cup next year but how often do you think we get the perceived “worlds best” teams to come to Australia to play. It’s a chance to promote the sport in one of its final frontiers and instead you see your players reinforcing every negative stereotype associated with the sport here.

I get that it makes you feel better, but it was not a full strenght squad, this call up was mainly for testing with a bunch of youngsters. Don't tell me you had any idea on who is Bontempo, Otavio, Matheuzinho, Bidon, Martinelli... Jair, Mauro Junior and a few others got their first call as well. The only place where we maintaned most of our WC names was the attack and even them Cunha and Gabriel Martinelli (not to be confused with the Martinelli that played today, lol) were left out in favor of uselless bums like Pedro and Lino.

Thing is they got a pen that shouldn’t have been, Gabriel should be off for stamping on an ankle, we should’ve got a pen and then that last was a 50:50 call. Yeah we haven’t been amazing or played beautiful football but guess what we never do. If you’d watched us even once before you know we play purely on the counter. They’ve had to get bs calls to beat Australia and this lot are considered one of the favourites every World Cup. Give me a fucking break.

Gabriel & Endrick were so dirty off the ball throughout the game and never got penalised. Little kick outs and pushes. Ref was so extremely biased from the start, every little time Brazil fell down he would blow the whistle (that last penalty was corrupt af and there's no other way to put it), but seemed to go blind everytime the Australians were fouled, ditto for the VAR (must've been blind for almost the entire game). How Souttar got a yellow while Endrick got away for the fight he caused is beyond me.
Australia deserved the win or at least a draw, and they got screwed by an extremely shit referee. Brazil were anti-football at times, they may dribble but they're not a football side, they get their advantages through dodgy plays. They have done for years now.
