Product Request & Feedback The amount of ads in this app are unreal

I decided to switch to a SoFi checking and investment account and am immediately regretting it. The pop ups when launching, text ads and all the baked in iframe ads within the app are unlike any other banking app I’ve used. It’s just too much.

Maybe I’m alone on an island with this feedback- posting this as I’m curious if anyone else has talked about this?

I agree but I've become numb to it. When I first launched the app and an ad pops up, my finger is already halfway through a swiping motion to get rid of it. Even with all of the other ads, I found the app quicker to log in, more responsive and quicker to navigate where I wanted to go than the prior banks I used.

Not just the ads in the app. They send at least 5 emails a day, it’s a bit much!

I switched a few months ago. Like give it a rest SoFi.

I honestly have not noticed. I use both the app and the website. I started using more the coach insights that used to be relay. More for the info, than the AI.

I have a problem with it too, as soon as I log in. However, I already had marketing communications turnt off, and it still does it. lol
