ID requested: Hobo? In Oregon

This dude appeared next to my desk mid meeting, in the daylight basement where my kids playroom is. I’m normally a let them do their own thing but my basic identification skills told me this is a hobo.

Was it a hobo?

Should I be worried about my basement with my kids? I know they aren’t the worst but we are talking a 1yr old and 4yr old.

Grass spider, I believe. They can look very much like wolf spiders, but longer spinerettes.
