Just wanted to share that I was able to achieve this on my 2nd game and am very proud. I also got my internals on when the station lost power.

Other things that happened:

* Got assaulted by a ninja, sec didn't give af

* Forced to eat a mouse by a rogue borg

* Saved a Borg by dragging it all the way to med (couldn't get to engineering)

Going to try an actual job next, wish me luck!

So today I was playing on starlight and had to steal the pinpointer. Oh no. Well after plotting with other members I learn theres a pin pointer in the vault, which isnt too far way from surgical bay.

After wards I snuck behind and tried to find an explosive that could get me inside and thought a syndi bomb would do the trick... and it did get me inside! And into hop, IAA, cargo and a few other areas because the syndi bomb is massive. And i thought it was a 3x3 area.

Code orange is called and the pin pointer is still missing so I have no idea what to do, my other objectives were a failure and the only one I was able to do was teach a lesson to a sec off who I dont think I even did anything to.

So, to anybody who was in that round Im sorry and any time im doing syndi stuff im calling mhelp or ahelp

Love the game, and thought I found a good server. For the first couple of rounds/days it was awesome. Learned a lot for medical, cargo, botany, etc. I thought hell let’s try out a weekend when it’s a full server. Then it started going bad.

1. Tried a round as a medical intern again. The other players just bum rush whoever comes in, pull chemicals away from me, shock patients that I’m clearly working on. When I say something I get ignored. They just talk amongst themselves.

2. Switched to Cargo assistant. The other player claimed all the bounties and told me not to touch them. Then ignored me when I asked what should I be doing on radio and in local chat?

3. Went to HoP and requested a new job. They said chef is needed. Perfect! Went to the kitchen and tried to teach myself since there was no other chef. The whole shift, people walked in, ignored me, made their own stuff. I started piling up ingredients in the fridge to try and stop them and they just said “stop”. Cyrod and just logged off.

Is this a common thing? I thought it was supposed to be friendly?

I must say, people are super nice. I just felt so awkward fumbling the medical intern Ui that I had to stop.

Also, what does Ahelp mean? I see it in the rules, but I am not very familiar with these roleplaying terms.

I want to know what I failed to predict.

The goal is to get Ambrosia Deus, with minimum mutations, by replacing large amount of lez+muta, with amount of plants (if you gamble more times, you can afford each gamble to have lower odds).

Steps are such:

1. Plant 2 Ambrosia Vulgaris.

2. Clip both before harvesting, then extract seeds. Result - 6 perfect seeds.

3. Plant all 6 seeds, pour 10 lez into each, wait 30 seconds.

4. Dropper 1 muta into each, wait 5 seconds, if none of Ambrosia Deus then repeat.

At the end, you are supposed to get Ambrosia Deus with minimum mutations.

Like, no offence to black pople, but i genuenly just want to be able to change my characters skin color, the darker tone makes it harder to spot myself in dark places (no joke i can only see what im wearing atm), anyone know how to pull off a Michael Jackson?

And for all yall who are (helpfully, thanks alot) telling me about a slider for skin color: i tried finding one myself multiple times and failed every time, top to bottom, both ways, checking every section of every submenu.

I’m still a pretty new player, only ~8 hours or so since I started a few days ago. I died as hamster somewhat late in the round and got the option to play as a sentient artifact, which I obviously took. Had no idea what was going on and was just kinda chilling with the crew and when I evac-ed it said I was an antagonist, but I have no clue what I was supposed to do. I had a button that said it caused chaos but usually it said nothing happens and when it does trigger I never really saw anything happen. If I get this again, how should I play it?

if there are like a few things i would like to see in ss14 it would be a way to make chemical factories like those in tg ss13 and making the materials shared across all devices linked to the silo instead of having each department have it's own silo. it's just kinda annoying.

So, from most important one for me to least.

Which node does artifact glue repair? Last activated one, or random? What happens if two nodes were activated at once? It's 5 units per 1 durability, right?

Activating an artifact (pressing Z if it's in hand, or E if it's nearby) - does it activate last activated node, or all unlocked nodes that have some durability left? Same as above, is it possible for two nodes to be activated at once this way? Are only highest unlocked nodes refilled this way? Is it possible to activate spent node, have "nothing happened", then refill it with arti glue?

(Because once I was spamming E, and arti was producing sometimes green colored foam, sometimes blue one, sometimes both. I didn't check node durabilities after each click.)

(Another arti, round start, upon pressing E, was producing spesos and organs. Were two nodes activated at the same time in this case too?)

Am I understanding artifexum correctly - initially, it was OP unconditional node activator, but now it's nerfed and is just an artifact glue ingredient?

What are pressure and liquid amount thresholds for artifact activation? Blood activated arti wasn't activating, while being surrounded by blood. Is it 5 units? How many kpa?
