S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Veteran Difficulty - Do enemies inflict more damage?

Hello Stalkers of the Zone. May Sidorovich bless you with good affairs and Myklukha pay you with tons of Koupons. Amen.

Question: do enemies in Veteran Difficulty inflict more damage? I'm talking both of humans NPCs with guns and Mutants. What about Anomalies? Are they more dangerous?

I've found conficting informations about and I would like to be sure. Thanks ;)

They do. But that's not the most significant jump in difficulty you'll have to manage. The hardest thing is that items sell for 50% of what they used to. And everything is more expensive. If you are a regular loot goblin, now you're going to have to be a loot goblin overlord to keep up with the cost of repairs

From limited testing, 4th economy difficulty leads to 40% lower sell price and 60-70% higher buy or upgrade prices. I don't know what it does to coupon drives though.

yes, everything is more lethal on harder difficulties and enemies also have more health. the only standout feature is that you do double headshot damage to humans on master and maybe even on veteran but im not exactly sure

Its like 6x on master or something nuts

i think its 6x on every difficulty and 12x on master. only exos start tanking headshots from SMGs and lower tier ARs because of their super high armor rating
