Discussion Does anyone wish that there was an ammo conversion system in stalker 2?

Basically we can convert base ammo types into high quality/expansive/AP through technition. If anyone knows how to make mods would this ever be possible like we can give ammo to a tech for a price or maybe goods and he converts our ammo.

Or have a lotting system to grab components to make higher grade ammunition.

Yeah this would be good, Becuase then if you have lots of base 7.62 you could make AP and also I with they would give 9.19 and 9.18 ammo types expansive and high quality

Or even repacking your own ammo. Then it should give you a prompt if you want to change the bullet type to AP,hollow point,match grade, ect. Obviously replaced ammo will have a slight debuff because it’s re used bullet casing

Yeah, when I played EFP it had something like that where you had AP and then a crafted AP which is slightly worse

I think it that going to tech will give you the actual good ammo with no debuff but with a steep price or you can manually do it but it would have I debuff. That’s quite fair I think

That actually sounds pretty good for the game. I agree going to the tech should give you more powerful ammo

Would be nice, but ultimately not very high on my wishlist since there is not much mechanical difference to just selling the cheap ammo and buying better at a trader.

If you want it, "craftable zone" mod has very comparable features with ammo crafting & disassembly.
