Help Can't find this stash...

It is in the little swamp area near a shack just west of Ahroprom Factory and North of Ahroprom Research Institute in the Chem Plant region. It claims to be 16m underground.

It is in fact, underground.

Agroprom facility has an underground network. By the look of your post, you haven't played the original trilogy.

I think a professor in the agroprom gives you a quest to go underground, but it is a part of a longer quest for the mutant collars.

I have actually played the original trilogy, and I've completed the monster collar side quests. I was afraid it was somewhere in the underground system where Strelok's base was, and was holding out hope it was a simpler solution. I just don't want to run around all those tunnels again lol.

there are two stashes there
one is right under the shed
the other is underground and you can only get it after you progress the main story "In search of past glory"

Tunnels under Ahroprom. You enter them as a part of main quest. There are 3 or 4 stashes there snd a secret weapon.

God I was hoping I wouldn't have to navigate through all that for a box of sausages again. Guess that's happening.

I think there's two or three stashes down there, and they only spawn after you do the main quest and come back after sleeping or waiting a few days. I know one of them as a blueprint, but not sure about the others.

Underground, part of a main quest. After finishing the quest after that, you can go back there, and s second stash and some enemies will be there (and a blueprint)
