Your friend needs to drop contact and completely ignore him or leave him a note then ignore him. If she feels threatened or unsafe she needs to file a police report.

Continuing any kind of communication or not setting boundaries he’s going to continue and spiral deeper to where it could definitely be a safety thing.

He has mental health or emotional issues and needs a therapist. Break ups suck and I feel for him but you don’t get better if you don’t try to get better. He’s just trying to go back to what was comfortable

Yes log the interactions with him or attempts he made to contact you. Lots of people don’t and just say he’s bothering me with no evidence. So the police in some jurisdictions can’t do anything about it. But if you have photos or just a log of he showed up at my work on 10/16 at 11am, he called me 9 times on 9/28 between 7-10pm helps with any kind of criminal actions that need taken.

Same goes with ex’s that you share child custody with and they are slipping. She showed up late to pick up the kids on 9/20, he said he can’t take the kids on his weekend on 10/22, he told me I’m a bad mom through text on 9/18.
