Elon Musk didn’t have a hand in actually designing any functional part of any of his vehicles. He didn’t create Tesla, he bought it. He didn’t create SpaceX, he bought it. He’s a con man with a good marketing department. At best, he’s Lex Luthor without the charisma and strength.

And the only truly useful thing showed off by Tesla, the suction fan that creates downforce, has already been done in an EV by McMurtry with the Speirling. Also, the Gordon Murray T.50 has one (the guy who designed the OG McLaren F1) but it’s paired with a high-revving V12. Who would you rather buy from?
