What About Jerry Ford?

Perhaps because President Ford was never hit.

But he was a target on two separate occasions by two women in September 1975, in California. The first was a Manson cult member, the second an FBI informant turned left-wing activist.

James Earl Ray was just a segrgationist, and those existed on both sides of the political aisle, and John Hinckley Jr. was just a nutcase who thought attacking Reagan would impress Jodie Foster
