Uff, wie mies. Einerseits verstehe ich es ja, dass man die Reservierungen ernst nimmt, wie ärgerlich wäre es du reservierst, fährst von weit weg her und alle sind weg. Andererseits wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst.
Hatte auch angerufen, Ansage: sie reservieren nicht, ich soll vorbeikommen. Bin dann schnell hin: alle Geräte seien reserviert 🤣 durch Hartnäckigkeit hab ich dann noch eines bekommen, aber ist schon unverschämt.
Finds mega Kundenunfreundlich, dem Kunden vor Ort die Dinger vor der Nase wegzukarren, weil jemand telefonisch ne Reservierung durchgedrückt bekommen hat und man selbst abgespeist wird mit wir reservieren nicht...
Ich denke das kommt auch einfach auf den Mitarbeiter an. Ich glaub tatsächlich sogar das Filizart mir meine reservierte weggenommen hat… Ich finde man sollte da schon konsequent sein, wenn eine Reservierung steht, dann sollte sie gewährt werden. ist natürlich blöd wenn für Person X telefonisch reserviert wird und für Person Y nicht. Ich fand jedoch die Mitarbeiter sehr nett am Telefon. Die einfachste Lösung wäre es wohl gewesen NUR nach vorhandener Stückzahl zu reservieren mit kleinem Puffer falls jemand nicht abholen kommt. ODER halt gar keine Reservierung natürlich.
Das ist seltsam. Ich habe angerufen und gesagt, dass mein Kind wegen der extremen Hitze krank ist. Mir wurde aber gesagt, dass kein PortaSplit vorrätig ist und ich falsche Infos zur Verfügbarkeit bekommen habe.

Stimmt nicht. Die große PortaSplit mit 12.000 BTU gab es erwiesenermaßen BUNDESWEIT im Hornbach wegen deren Tiefpreisgarantie im Juni 2026 sogar für 568 Euro.
Zum Beispiel, weil es Leute verwirrt, wenn du zwei unterschiedliche Watt-Werte pro Gerät hast. So ein Klimagerät hat nämlich nicht nur eine Kühlleistung sondern auch eine Leistungsaufnahme.

If you use kW(h) for both you divide and get a clean number that is the COP/SCOP or the JAZ.
The same way you do it in KW?
You need the curves of other temperature and how COP index changes. The same is for the BTU.
For me BTU is more "honest" as you can then use the KW for the electricity which came in
Those are portable units, no installation needed (except if you want to mount the external unit on the window, but for that it's also just hanging the window holder on the frame).
To clarify: This is a split A/C, not a monoblock, so the second part MUST be placed outside for it to work. But the actual cooling system is a closed, no-user-serviceable-parts-inside type (as you can't detach the hose, there's no risk of accidentally spilling nasty chemicals), so it doesn't require a professional to install it.
You could, for example, place the outside unit on your balcony floor and run the hose through the open door or window. To place it on the outside of a window sill, you will need to use one of the mounting kits. I believe the standard kit comes packaged with the device itself, for certain types of windows you might need to order a different type of mounting kit. But again, this doesn't require a professional. If you can follow instructions and have assembled IKEA furniture before, this should be an easy task for you.
Usually AC are expensive to install because they need to be filled with coolant and pressurized. This portable one has the pressurized coolant already in the fixed tubes. That makes it easy to install, but you can not disconnect the external from the internal unit.
