Mechanical Help Car won’t start sometimes
My 2023 Forester has been having trouble starting for the past week. It will start after being jumped but the battery is testing as normal voltage, battery was also just replaced in June. The alternator and starter are testing normal as well. Should I go ahead and replace the battery? Nobody seems to know why it won’t start occasionally so any suggestions are greatly appreciated:)

What make of battery? Does your car have stop/start. Where was it purchased?

The battery is a Super Start Platinum AGM from O’Reileys. My car does have the auto start/stop

Auto Start Stop kills batteries. Please install the two-connector Auto Start Stop Eliminator. Then:
Please put on your worst shirt and best eye protectors. Please disconnect your battery (negative first) and polish the heck out of your posts and connectors using your battery brush. Uncap the "Christmas Tree" brush and clean out the inside of your lug connectors. Pry the lugs open, seat them on the posts (positive first) then tighten. https://a.co/d/4orF2Lv

If the battery was bought in June, take it back.
