H6 swapped Baja.

Well, got the baja to start. Still have a lot to button up and finish putting back together. But the important part is that it starts, idles and maintains temperature. I am 3 weeks into this so far, donating a few hours each evening. Stripped 2 cars and moved it all over.

Awesome! Subaru should have made an H6 Baja! With a manual transmission!

And dual range 4wd!

I’d like to put an H6 in my 2000 Legacy Sedan and keep the 5 speed.

Not sure if that’s possible with stock parts or if that’s something that requires much custom modification.

Your work looks good so far!

Pretty sure it’s possible, I know of people who have done a H6 conversion in a SF Forester and kept the 5speed dual range

I love to see people doing work like this, especially custom things
