Happersen

I’ve been reading the John Byrne run of Superman, I got to this Happersen character and I thought this guy looks really familiar… it’s not that guy from the Control room in the Superman 2025 movie is it? It definitely is! I feel like they very specifically went for this look and nailed it. I thought it was cool.

Also, Lex Luther is a psychopath.

Hampersen is a pretty consistent background character in the triangle era

Cool, I’ve been working my through the timeline of Superman, read a bunch of gold and silver age then the crisis on Infinite earths, now I’m working on John Byrne’s run, I’ll hit the triangle era afterwards. Curious to see more of the recurring characters. Byrne and early Triangle era was my growing up Superman, excited for the nostalgia.
