Laptop/PC GPU NOT UTILIZING FULL POWER

I have a laptop with an i9 13980HX RTX 4060 but the gpu is not reaching its full usage even with max graphics but fps are somehow good, how to get full usage?

i am using max graphics in gta v and it reaches 60 percent and 90 plus in marvel rivals

check windows graphics settings (system -> display -> graphics) and see if the app or game is using the right gpu

i am gettin around 100 fps in gta v max with 60 percent usage so i think my gpu is strong hahaha

maybe use ultra graphics settings and get 101% gpu usage

kinaki hamle chalaune sabai kura gpu ko lagi implement gareko nahuna sakxa.. gpu ma chalauna ni you have to code that way.. kinaki normal follow goes sequential ani teslai parallel ma lagna you have to code that way for eg Nvidia ma CUDA hunxa... ra not everything can be run parallely... aba full potential ma chalauna either play game or run the AI models locally using Olama or yestai aru kunai Bata.

i used to watch game benchmarks and they use 99 percent of usage so i was wondering why am i not getting same

It reaches 99 percent in some places or some games so maybe ny gpu is strong for certain games i play
