It’s meant to be a relic job. This bubbly parts are latex to prevent spots being painted

Those are small latex parts that are being used to mask off the paint. It’s to emulate relicing

It’s actually a buddy of mine doing this for me. Here’s another guitar he’s done I think they look pretty convincing

Not a good blue. Needs to be paler blue, or much darker. That’s like a crayon blue
