I smoked from 16-26ish and never really had issues. I’m 29 now and anxiety really has taking its grip on me but i still love to smoke.. i just lightly lightly tap whatever i have but everything is just so high % now it just really gets me stressed which sucks because they all smell and taste so good lol.. Is there actually a reliable way to pass a hair follicle drug test if there may be THC in your hair? Has anyone ever used anything personal that worked? Please keep the “don’t do drugs” comments to yourself please.

ich wollte mal nach euren Erfahrungen fragen, insbesondere von Leuten, die eine ähnliche Konsumsituation hatten und anschließend eine Blutuntersuchung machen lassen mussten.

Zu meinem Konsum:

Ich rauche nicht täglich, sondern gelegentlich am Abend ungefähr 0,5 g Cannabis mit ca. 25 % THC. Zwischendurch lege ich immer wieder Pausen ein.

Meine letzten Konsumtage waren folgendermaßen:

2 Tage Pause

danach 3 Tage hintereinander jeweils ca. 0,5 g geraucht

anschließend 1 Tag Pause

danach wieder ca. 0,5 g geraucht

Etwa 11 Stunden nach meinem letzten Konsum wurde ich von der Polizei angehalten und es wurde eine Blutprobe entnommen.

Zu mir: Ich mache viermal pro Woche Krafttraining und zusätzlich dreimal pro Woche etwa 30 Minuten Cardio und ernähre mich Gesund.

Ich hatte gelesen, das Sport wohl den Abbau beschleunigt.

Meine Fragen:

Welcher aktive THC-Wert im Blutserum wurde bei euch nach ungefähr 11–12 Stunden gemessen?

Hattet ihr ein ähnliches Konsummuster mit mehreren Tagen Konsum und anschließenden Pausen?

Wart ihr unter oder über dem Grenzwert von 3,5 ng/ml?

Was würdet ihr anhand eurer eigenen Erfahrungen zu meiner Situation sagen ?
