I wish they didn't give us this spoiler and let us watch it for ourselves.
They could have had Jesse preface the show with what went down and then let us watch it with that framework and understanding. Having this guy and/or others talk about it without us seeing it is useless and dumb.

Oh, I don't think they are at this point either or they wouldn't be letting him do this PR tour telling the ending. Evidently they just decided to move onward. The franchise doesn't care that much about the Bachelorette (and BIP). They have said those are extras and The Bachelor is their primary show.

Because like it or not, these people put their lives on hold for zero compensation for no end result. I would rather listen to this weird man tell me what happened than the most unreliable narrator in all of reality TV history.

i mean, when you choose to go on these shows youāre not guaranteed anything. i get itās frustrating for them but when theyāre just clout chasing and want followers I donāt feel bad.

As others have said the arrest was previous BUT there were additional allegations made against her by Dakota in the weeks (allegations from this year post filming Bachelorette) before the video from the night of her previous arrest was leaked.

No, she was arrested for DV in 2022. ABC and Hulu and everyone knew allllll about this before putting her on SLOWM and the bachelorette. Her arrest was a huge plot point of season 1 SLOWM. The video of her the night she was arrested was released a few days before her bachelorette her season was supposed to be released. So thatās why it got brought back up again. She hasnāt been arrested since but I know she has failed drug tests and missed parent time, etc a bunch of really sad stuff related to her kids. She started sleeping with her ex immediately after the bachelorette. But has only been arrested that one time in 2022

No, the police got involved because after filming the Bachelor they were in a car together and they had an altercation with their child present. Wasnāt an arrest, but the police were investigating.

Virtually everyone did, fans included, it was public information and all over the press. The public didnāt see the video until after filming, but everything in it had previously been described in the public police report and press. I donāt watch SLOMW and was aware of all of it from mainstream media.
TFP was on probation while filming both shows and her probation terms included alcohol restrictions. So the shows had to adjust by, for example, making the cocktail parties alcohol free when she was present. Amazing they didnāt think hey maybe we shouldnāt have a lead who is on probation.
Edit: commenters are referring to it as an āarrestā but it was much more than that, she was charged with multiple felonies. She took a plea deal that meant her conviction would only be for a misdemeanor as long as she adhered to all terms of her sentence and probation for 3 years. Had she violated that her conviction would have reverted to being for a felony.

Lol yes 100%. She never tried to hide it and neither did they as I said it was the whole plot of the damn show. thatās the only reason I was kind of annoyed when they canceled the bachelorette. they knew what they were signing up for when they picked her

Nope her DV arrest was back in 2023 I believe. In this season of SLOMW it shows she got back from filming, went home (no kids from what i remember), and called dakota over

Except SLOMW told us she saw and slept with Dakota as soon as possible so unfortunately, I'm not sure the kids were her focus for getting home.

They had a scene in the very first episode of season 5 of SLOMS when she returned where Dakota was at her house. It was implied what was going to happen.
And then there is the rumor of the crew having to pull her off of Dakota because he attacked her. How dare he date someone while she was Bachelorette./s
JMHO, no matter what anyone thinks of Doug, he dodged a bullet as did Ben.

Iād agree if we were talking about any other parent, but when it comes to Taylor, knowing what we know about her as a parent, I see it differently.

Can we please not use gifs to reference DV? I agree with you, it's just that most people know what you meant without the chair gif and you can make your point without it. Or at least maybe not use a colorful dancing chair, makes it seem jokey
