Fun Post I love this character so much
In general Ezekiel and his people have grown on me sooo much. I love it.
I'm more of a medieval fantasy person in general, so that might play into the reason why I enjoy the Kingdom so much.
I'm on season 8 ep4 for the first time right now.
I'm always happy when Jerry is on screen.
Got nothing more to say than that.

Jerry is one of my favourites, always smiling and stoic even against the worst shit possible. Great dude and the actor is great, i'd love to offer him a pint.

I was always kinda nervous his ticket was about to get punched whenever they gave him a lot of screen time being happy with his family.

Just watched this episode for the first time last night and I was SO sure he was a goner. I looked him up on the wiki to see if and when he departs and was pleasantly surprised to see his status as "alive" 😄

When the evolved walkers attacked him and Aaron, I was holding my breath.

Jerry was the man! I loved when hed be annoyed or frustrated he just goes "Dude." And the message is clear and the dude resolves the conversation

Now that you bring this up, there's a couple great characters that kinda get over shadowd by the core group. Aaron is dope same with Jesus.

Yeah he was always a highlight! I didn’t watch much after the saviors stuff so probably missed out on some prime Jerry after but he added some much needed levity and also seemed to be like the person to acknowledge the sillier elements of the show

I love Jerry! Always upbeat. Funny. Loyal as the day is long. We could all use a friend like Jerry!

Yep I love Jerry too and everything about the kingdom. I’m rewatching the entire show for the second time round. On season 11 episodes 23 so I’m nearly finished again 🧟🧟♀️🧟♂️ then onto the spinoffs which I also loved 🧟♂️🧟♀️🧟

Haven't seen any of those yet, and none over where I'm now (s8, ep8). I'm excited for the Daryl Spinoff

You know what, screw it. It's not really a spoiler. I was just going to say he survives the series. They didn't kill him off.
Jerry dying would be horrible.

Falling in love with The Kingdom and letting Jerry's wholesome energy carry you through the absolute slog of Season 8 is the most valid way to experience The Walking Dead

The best original character.
Also Cooper Andrews was the best part of the Shazam movies.

I dunno, it just didn't work for me. Seemed like were going for a Hurley from Lost type character, but it just fell flat.

What made you think this?

Everything. The dialogue, mannerisms. Like a cheap knock off. Corny as hell sorry.

Jerry's loyalty to King Ezekiel and The Kingdom is on another level, plus he's funny and really chill. I fucking love Jerry.
