i saw some attempts online but none of them got an actual answer and just said that the math was too complicated , i am also happy with an answer which uses code , also just ignore the spelling , english is not my first language

Factorials don't acount for things like mirrored or moved recipes

I'm not doing your homework for you OP.

But I'd try approaching this first in a similar way to the "how many triangles do you see" type problems.
