Do you curl your tongue to either side at all for it or is it straight up against the roof of your mouth?

Thank you very much. I have the tongue pretty much in the middle and againsts roof of the mouth

Dude wow! How long have you been practicing! Any tips you can give or resources?

Maybe 3 years or little bit less now. No specific tips rn. Overall I think practice makes it easier every time if you know the basics and don't hurt the voice.

Thank you! You can definitely get to this level with consistency and right approach. I think one of the most important thing is to be able to play around with the voice freely.
