So I bought a bong from The Weed Box less than 2 months ago. It was a beautiful orange color (my favorite). I was super picky about what I was purchasing and shopped around for a while because I'm not one who wants to collect glass.

Well I noticed recently that the color has been rubbing off on the outside. Like I can just take my thumb now and it wipes some off. I'm pretty irritated by this because I haven't had it for long and its not like I'm scrubbing or even cleaning the outside in general if I'm being honest.

So I made a review for the bong on The Weed Box's website (screenshot of my review below) and the response I got from the company irritated me EVEN MORE ☠️☠️

They claim it's "not our brand" (even though there is absolutely no indication that it is not) and said it is a "random cheap piece" for "people who can't afford our brand". I find this excuse laughable. The bong I purchased was $35 on sale, most of their bongs are... $5 more while on sale but are THE SAME FULL PRICE. The only ones that are higher than that are 4 that are $50 on sale right now and one that is $80. I have also never seen their bongs not on sale. So this excuse they are giving is wild.

They even went as far as to say I should ask for a giftcard for the price of the bong I purchased so that I can purchase "one of their brands pieces instead of the cheapest piece we have available" (That is a direct quote and I find that insane) I will absolutely not be purchasing any thing else from them.

TLDR; I purchased a bong from The Weed Box less than 2 months ago, its color is already coming off and the company responded saying it "not their brand" (there is absolutely no indication of that), "its a cheap piece" (its is $5 less than most of the bongs they sell) and they "suggest I purchase one of their brands pieces instead od the cheapest piece available"

Anyone know how to get rid of that resin chunk at the bottom?

Sumthin about this movie takes me back to 1997 the good ol days smoking weed an having a good time alriiiight!!! Comment the memories this movie brings. Or just some stoner stories adventures of the era......

So based on some conversations with mental health professionals and a lot of peer review (lol) I think I fall somewhere on the AuDHD spectrum. I have been a high achiever my whole life but I always felt like I was out of step with people socially and all the good that I do is done while my mind is full of bees. Knowing this about myself, it's been really interesting seeing how my mind works with weed.

I am mask so much that it physically pains me. I have had a lot of front facing jobs both in leadership and in media that necessitate me acting and looking a certain way most of my working day and it makes my skeleton itch. The problem is when you live like that routinely, you begin to punish yourself for letting the mask slip even when you're alone. I feel stupid when I rock in my chair, or click my pen, or speak in movie quotes even if it's when I'm by myself at home.

What I noticed when I started smoking is how the mask naturally falls away. My fear of my nerdy autistic interests falls away and I allow self-soothing and pleasure in whatever forms it takes. Words that feel good on the tongue float freely off my lips and motor stims take on a natural rhythm as I go about my business.

I was medicated for depression and anxiety, and my friends have seen a lot of success following that path, but for me, it felt like supression. Weed seems like a really nice way for me to stretch and just let myself be for a little bit.

Man, in 2007 I was 17, broke as fuck, and had only seen high quality indoor grown weed once. All I had access to was Mexi brick and poorly done ameture outdoor. I never thought I'd have straight up fire on tap like a fuckin faucet. Never thought thought I'd be able to just walk up to a cop and show off this bad ass Bruce Banner #3 I just scored from the dispo with no recourse 🤣

I'd tell myself that I'm not going to tell you too much about the future, but just know that by the time you are 30, you will be able to stroll down to the corner store and buy any number of thousands of THC products like it's a pack of smokes. Just hang in there, don't be dumb and take unnecessary risks to score a bag. If you play your cards right, you'll make it to 37 with zero criminal record, not even a traffic violation, despite your best efforts all through your 20s.

Don't waste your youth working every little bit of overtime you can get. Don't laser focus on chasing the traditional American dream, shits going to shift in some crazy ways and things are going to get hard, but you'll keep your chin up and weather the storm. Your accomplishments might not be what you are imagining right now, but what you will be is a man that lives by morals and honor. Your friend circle will be small and wonderful, and the people in your life will look at you as someone who started with nothing and made something of yourself, seemingly against the will of fate. You will be dearly loved and a pillar of strength that loved ones lean on when shit goes sidewards. You won't be what you wanted to be, but you will be proud of who you become as a man, and despite everything, you will have better out of life than you believe you deserve.

Packed a never smoked all-in-one cart in checked luggage. Mixed it in a bag with juul carts and vapes. Zero problems getting on board. The bag showed up at the door undisturbed.

Typical security with no dog, but I have seen dogs before in the terminal. Exercise caution when bringing it on your person.

Every port has multiple large signs like the one pictured.

Nassau - Metal detector and X-ray. The metal detector did not pick up the vape. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to buy in port.

Princess Cay - Zero checks and zero problems. It's their private island, so that's to be expected.

Amber Cove, Dominican Republic - Zero checks and zero problems. We did an excursion at this port, so we exited and entered in a bus.

Grand Turk - Zero checks and zero problems.

I hooked up my brother with some East Coast weed. He’s been living in Northern California for 25 years until recently. He was prepared to be disappointed, but after smoking from my supply, he sent this when I asked him if he thought it was any good.

My (55F) husband (63M) has severe Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome. He uses cannabis for pain, nausea, and PTSD.

His CVS lands him in the ED at least once a month and every time, he is told if he would stop smoking weed, his CVS would stop. Mind you, he’s had CVS since he was a kid in the 60s. He smoked quite a bit in his teens in the 70s and again in the 80s after his service in the Navy, but quit in 1990. He started smoking again ten years ago when he became disabled due to his CVS.

He is currently in the hospital with a CVS flare. This is a particularly bad one, and yesterday, he was admitted for observation while this flare resolves.

Today, when I went to visit him, he was incredibly sick to the point where he was agitated and confused. I asked the nurse if she could give him anything to help him get some rest and she said, “No, this is what marijuana withdrawals look like.”

Maybe I’m naive, but WTF?

Probably related: we live in a very conservative part of Utah.

Got my new piece in today and I love it so much. My lovely fiancé treated me to some really nice, good, strong bud yesterday (an oz for $60, and it’s sooo nice, hybrid Indica called Ice Cream from Savage Farms, and it’s divine 😭🙌🏻). Gonna try this new piece out, and chill. Hoping I can come up with a good name for her. 🥰 she was a replacement for a very well loved old friend I named Vanellope after the Disney character because it was a pink glitter filled pipe.
