There is a mod from another “Art” sub that is asking you if they can repost your artwork to their sub. This person is earning karma for your artwork. You are not getting anything in exchange. Repost your own art to communities that you want to repost it in.

This person uses AI and claims it as his art. He has been caught feeding other artists art into AI without their consent. He has said that he intends to monetize off of your art. He regularly talks down to those he is reposting. Don’t let him repost your work. You be the one that shares your work where you want to. This person has been banned from our community. Don’t trust this person they are not doing you any favors.

I feel very strongly about this. I want you to be the ones that are getting recognition and karma on Reddit for your hard work. Not someone else reposting your work in order to make money off of you.

Thank you all for all the amazing art you share with our community and making our sub the wonderful place far it has become.

Guys, I am tired. There is one of me and almost 95,000 of you. It takes a lot of my time to moderate my communities. Not complaining about have to do it because I love seeing all the creativity and amazing art you all produce. I know some of you do this professionally or as a side hustle. Can we please agree to make this community for posting just for the sake of enjoying art? There are plenty of other subs out there that allow self-promotion and sales.

We have had users get scammed due to fake links. I don’t have time or energy to vet each and every link posted. There is a no advertising rule. This meaning no self-promotion, Links to bios, etsys, instas, socials… you get it. Your post will be removed. If the actions are repeated, you will be banned. Users please refrain from asking in comment threads if artwork is for sale, send a dm to the Op.

Thank you all for being amazing and let’s keep it fun. Have a great weekend!

~Bob 💙
